Nestled in the heart of Drexel Hill, Burmont Pizza & Grill started as a small dream with big aspirations. The story began with George, a second-generation Greek-American who grew up watching his father knead dough in their family kitchen. George’s father, a master of Traditional Style pizza, always said, “A pizza isn’t just food—it’s a celebration, a story, a gathering of good souls.” Inspired by his father’s passion, George decided to create a pizzeria that would bring a piece of that magic to his own community. 

George knew that to stand out in a town already dotted with pizzerias, Burmont Pizza & Grill had to offer something truly special. He decided to mix his father’s traditional recipes with his own creative twists. Classic Philly-style pizzas are baked alongside specialty creations, each one made with locally-sourced ingredients and a passion that could be tasted in every bite.
